Corrugated roof sheet steel performance

(1) The 950-watt enamel color steel sandwich panel integrates the corrugated board and the sandwich panel, which is three times stronger than the ordinary flat color steel sandwich panel. The hidden self-drilling screw is used to connect with the truss without destroying the color coated board. The exposed part prolongs the life of the color steel sandwich panel; the plate and the plate are connected by a snap cap type, which is convenient for construction and improves the efficiency, and the maximum feature is not easy to seep.

(2) Rockwool heat insulation color steel sandwich panel The core material is made of basalt and other natural ore as the main raw material, melted into fiber at high temperature, added with appropriate amount of binder, and solidified and processed. The product is suitable for industrial equipment, construction, ship insulation, sound insulation, etc., and is suitable for purifying rooms, explosion-proof fire-proof workshop ceilings, partitions, etc.

(3) The bond strength of PU polyurethane color steel sandwich panel is not less than 0.09MPa, the combustion performance of sandwich panel reaches B1 grade, and the flexural capacity of sandwich panel is Lo/200 (Lo is the distance between supports). The bending capacity of the sandwich panel is not less than 0.5Kn/m2.

(4) Polyurethane edge-sealing glass wool and rock wool sandwich panels are made of high-quality color coated steel sheets as the surface material, continuous cotton fiber rock wool and glass wool as the core material, and high-density rigid foamed polyurethane for the mouth filling. After high-pressure foam curing, automatic dense cotton cloth and composite molding by super long precision double track control, its fireproof effect is better than pure polyurethane sandwich panel.
